Oracle BPM WorkSpace 10gR3

Check out our new Oracle BPM WorkSpace, previously AquaLogic BPM WorkSpace.

Some things to notice here are:

New Oracle branding applied to the whole product.
We continue to provide RSS feed capability for process instances.
Less icons, more text labels to improve navigation and usability.
New Application and Task panels available.
Improved rules editor to help make processes more dynamic.
Improved filter capabilities and improved Bulk actions.
Ability to add tabs to better customize the WorkSpace

Will continue to post here some of the new and improved features for our next release Oracle BPM 10gR3. Also be sure to mark your calendar for Oracle Open World 2008, September 21-25, in San Francisco. There you will be able to see all the latest products and cool demos.

AquaLogic BPM Suite, now part of Oracle BPM Suite

In the past few months we have been working hard to put the final touches on our next release. But first, I need to make sure the naming transition is clear. Here is a short summary. Last year, around August time frame we released BEA AquaLogic BPM Suite version 6.0. At that point the main line engineering team started to work on the next version code name GATURRO. The initial thinking with the numbering was 6.1, however by January it was clear that the amount of features made the release more of a version 6.5 (marketing was happy about it). During BEA Participate we presented you with early demos of ALBPM 6.5. Now under Oracle, we are updating the name to Oracle BPM 10gR3. (ALBPM 6.5 -> Oracle BPM 10gR3)

Below is a snapshot of the startup screen of the new Oracle BPM Studio 10gR3 (AquaLogic BPM Studio) already under the new branding.
